Subscription Purchases

• This is a 6-month minimum commitment coaching subscription.

• You will be billed monthly for the full six-month term, beginning on the purchase date.

• Early cancellation is not permitted. You are responsible for completing all six monthly payments regardless of session attendance or usage.

• After the 6-month period, your subscription will continue on a month-to-month basis unless written notice of cancellation is provided at least 7 days before your next billing date.

• No refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions or early termination.

À La Carte Purchases

• À la carte coaching sessions must be used within 8 months of the purchase date.

• Any unused sessions will expire after 8 months and will not be eligible for refund, transfer, or extension.

• Scheduling is subject to availability and should be coordinated in advance.

General Terms

• By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

• This agreement is legally binding and enforceable.
